Lesley founded Walking TALL International in 2004. She created the Walking TALL methodology and continues to actively develop it today. Currently Lesley spends her time as a keynote presenter, delivering the Walking TALL Personal Branding message to audiences and media across the globe on a regular basis and her international profile is growing rapidly. She has presented to audiences in 25 countries and 5 continents, including most recently as one of only a few women invited to speak in Iran. Her profile particularly in the USA continues to increase.

Lesley’s solid insights and practical advice have taken her to audiences around the world and into the confidence of Fortune 100 executives, politicians and celebrities, as a personal brand coach. As an author her best-selling book Walking TALL – key steps to total image impact, has featured frequently in national press. In August 2007 it was re-published for the world market by McGraw-Hill New York as Drop Dead Brilliant. To date McGraw-Hill have secured two translation deals into Spanish (Mexico) and Thai.
