How can I attract and retain young talent?
Understand the drivers and motivators of young African millennials and centennials. Reposition your offering to new employees and customers alike in order to reduce staff turnover among your youngest staff members, attract young fresh minded top talent, become an employer of choice among the youth and increase revenue among your under 35 demographic. Your delegates will walk away with a clear understanding of what motivates the African millennial in decision making.
As a career coach and African millennial herself, Vumile Msweli is well poised to aid your organisation in getting a firm grip in attracting and retaining talent in the age of disruption. Having been an executive at the age of 24, worked in global institutions such as Nedbank, Vodafone, Investec, Barclays FNB in countries such as Namibia, United Kingdom, Democratic Republic of Congo, Germany, Zambia, Singapore, Lesotho, Tanzania, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa she has a clear understanding of bridging the gap between young people and corporates both as employees and customers.
