Thando Hopa is an advocate of diversity who has made her mark globally. Her diverse portfolio includes her legal background, international modelling career and her work as an activist, which resulted in her contribution to United Nations policy discussions for the Albinism action plan. She’s also obtained a fellowship and became a Cultural Leader at the World Economic Forum. Throughout her tenure in the media, Thando has promoted inclusion, equity and representation and was listed as BBC’s Top 100 Inspirational Women across the globe. She also became the first woman’ of colour in South Africa to feature in the Pirelli calendar curated by Vogue photographer, Tim Walker, and featured alongside entertainment icons such as Whoopi Goldberg, Sean Diddy Combs and Naomi Campbell.
