As the first black South African to receive a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Stanford University in the USA, dynamic speaker and businesswoman Zipho Sikhakhane is all about breaking barriers. Emerging from humble beginnings of growing up in a poor community in South Africa, she was driven to start her first business at the tender age of five, and has led numerous business ventures ever since.

Her insights on leadership and change management emerge from having held strategic positions in world-leading organisations locally and internationally, having worked on 6 continents and having travelled to 30 countries. She has also studied leadership in Austria, China, Czech Republic, Russia and USA. Her global outlook ensures her talks and workshops are refreshing and unique, as echoed by the audiences she has presented to across four continents.

“I have used Zipho on many occasions and she always delivers. She is polished, professional and engages so well with any audience. My programme participants are always moved and uplifted by her story and she receives raving reviews every single time. She has achieved so much in one lifetime and has a great inspirational story that various audiences can connect with on a deep level. Zipho’s success makes one realise that every minute should be used wisely. What an interesting, energetic and accomplished individual – a truly amazing inspiration to us all.” Adele Ungaretti, Senior Designer for Global Leadership Development, Standard Bank.
